We are looking for an enthusiastic KYC Junior Specialist to join our frontline compliance team. You will support the client‑onboarding journey by ensuring that all customer information is accurately captured, verified and recorded in our systems, helping the bank maintain the highest standards of data quality and regulatory compliance. Working closely with both operational and risk colleagues, you’ll become a key part of our 1st‑Line‑of‑Defence, contributing to a secure and efficient onboarding process.

KYC Junior Specialist

Responsibilities: 

• Support client‑onboarding processes, entering accurate data into the relevant systems
• Gather and verify public and internal documents for customer identification
• Record KYC details (risk profile, product, location, etc.) in the designated tools, ensuring data integrity
• Maintain customer static data in Atlas 2 and other reference systems
• Execute first‑line operational controls to reduce risk and uphold KYC compliance

Requirements: 

• Up to 1 year of experience in financial security, banking or a related compliance environment
• Fluency in Polish (C1 level)
• English at B1 level or higher
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Management or a related field
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills and a proactive attitude toward learning compliance processes
  

Nice to have:
Knowledge of KYC tools such as Fenergo, GCARS and Atlas 2
