In Frankfurt we are looking for you to join us in a full-time or part-time, permanent position as (Senior) HR Business Manager (all genders) in BNP Paribas Group Human Resources

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Ensuring that group and regulatory requirements as regards third party risk management are implemented and the proper governance is put in place in HR Team
- Defining internal governance, processes and templates, that allow efficient monitoring within HR team
- Being a first point of contact and providing expertise to other teams within HR and accompanying the entire process
- Contributing to the preparation of ad-hoc reports or answering ad-hoc requests for existing contractual relationship
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- University degree in business administration, law or equivalent
- Preferred several years of experience within the financial industry
- Knowledge and experience in third party risk management
- Team orientated and result-driven working style
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools, in particular good Excel and PPT Skills and SharePoint know-how
- Full professional fluency in German and English
