Team Leader in FDS Trade Capture Team


Fund Dealing Services is a part of BNP Paribas group providing service to BNP Locations and their institutional clients. If you have client-centric mind-set and are interested in working with data, want to learn new things, then it’s time for you to level up your adventure and skills with FDS. 


Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Min 12 months of experience on Deputy Team Leader position (or similar managerial role)
  • Knowledge on the Fund Industry with focus on Fund Dealing Services
  • Fluency in English as a working language
  • French would be an asset 
  • Ability to work under pressure in demanding environment
  • Strong time management and organizational habits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Client focus approach
  • Ability to co-operate with different departments (internal and external)
  • Self-motivation and willingness to learn


Responsibilities:

  • Builds, develops and manages a subordinate team to ensure tasks are completed on time and with good quality
  • Secures, formalizes and evolves necessary controls and procedures so the operational risk is mitigated. 
  • Arranges and leads efficiency initiatives to ensure proper delivery of department's targets
  • Ensures reports and KPI are delivered on time to be in line with SLA requirements
  • Ensures regular communication and feedback with the clients to improve service level and client satisfaction
  • Leads the migration of new funds or clients to ensure smooth transition and support business growth
