Key Responsibilities

  • Define and monitor performance indicators for retail and SME credit portfolios.
  • Contribute to the development of the Bank’s credit policies in coordination with allocation units and business lines.
  • Manage and oversee analysis and reporting processes related to retail and SME credit products and risks.
  • Monitor NPLs (non-performing loans) and ensure the creation of action plans aligned with risk analyses.
  • Provide timely alerts and insights on spreads and risk analyses to senior management.
  • Define and manage business processes required for the customer credit portfolio.
  • Oversee and control planning processes to achieve targets, ensuring coordination with other groups.
  • Evaluate strategic recommendations for the customer credit portfolio based on analytical findings.
  • Assess and manage long-term action plans for the enhancement of risk analysis systems.
  • Ensure the use of optimal decision system methodologies in line with market practices and standards.
  • Oversee the sustainability of credit risk analytics and models.
  • Manage systematic control of calculated risk ratios.
  • Review and assess anomalies in inputs and outputs of risk evaluation processes.
  • Coordinate with relevant units to develop new customer scoring models, ensure integration into systems, and propose policy rule improvements in collaboration with allocation and decision system units.
  • Monitor and update existing policy rules periodically, based on market conditions, bank needs, and risk levels.
  • Evaluate recommendations for budget forecasts related to retail and SME credit products.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 9 years of experience, preferably in credit risk management, analytics, or strategy.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Strong command of data analytics tools such as SAS, SQL, and Python.
  • Knowledge of local and international regulations.
  • Proven experience in strategic thinking, leadership, and team management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and the implementation of new analytical technologies.
