Key Responsibilities

• Associate to VP (depending on experience)
• Lead corporate finance projects especially IPOs
• Perform due diligence
• Conduct financial analysis and financial modeling

Requirements

• 5 years + experience in investment banking or Big 4 experience
• Experience in capital market transactions will be a plus
• Excellent knowledge in accounting and financial modeling
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must
• CPA + CFA together with ibank execution experience will be ideal
