In Frankfurt, we are looking for you to join us in a full-time or part-time, permanent position as DEC Relationship Manager Germany & Austria (all genders) at BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking

BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) is engaged with a broad client base ranging from Large Multinational and Mid-sized Corporates, institutional investors as well as financial services providers (Institutionals). The division is, among others, a leading provider of investment banking, debt capital markets and sustainable financing services.
Derivatives Execution and Clearing (DEC) is a cross-asset business that sits both within Global Markets, and in Securities Services. DEC provides the full range of services: Listed Derivatives Execution, Listed Derivatives Clearing, OTC Derivatives Clearing and Cross-Asset (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities).
Purpose of role
The purpose of the role is to act as a Derivatives Clearing Relationship Manager for institutional clients in Germany & Austria.

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Managing internal communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure high quality services to clients
- Obtaining competitive analysis and client input on our offering to drive local German product development initiatives
- Ensuring the newly developed products for DEC match the requirements in the German market
- Provide updates on regulatory evolution and market developments
- Supporting Sales through the process of pitching new clients and completion of RFPs when relevant
- Managing the client onboarding pipeline and ensuring timely and successful client onboarding
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through solution-oriented actions and communication
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with the key DEC Clients
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Masters or Bachelor´s degree or a completed apprenticeship
- At least 7 years substantial experience in Listed-/ OTC-Derivatives Clearing services
- An in-depth understanding/ knowledge of the front-to-back process regarding Listed-/OTC- Derivatives including execution-/ clearing systems
- Long-standing relationship with large institutional clients in Germany & Austria and ability to operate credibility in front of clients
- Strong team player with excellent social skills to manage multiple internal stake holders
- Ability to deal with details and keep the overview
- Full professional fluency in English and German
