About Business line/Function:

Within IT Group, Informatics Directorate of BNP Paribas, the Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud Department's mission aims to structure, strengthen and harmonize IT risk management and cybersecurity for the overall BNP Paribas Group (approximately 30 entities) and:

•             defining the vision and strategy for IT risk management and cybersecurity, and ensuring the implementation of this strategy within the Group’s operating entities,

•             monitoring the security of the Group's information systems,

•             steering the IT Continuity and Resilience strategy and methodological framework. 

The evolving Cyberthreats landscape increases the security risk of financial sector, that leads BNP Paribas to strengthen its Cybersecurity maturity, IT risk management and Operation Resilience.

Within IT Group Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud department, you will be part of the team based in India. 

You will play a key role to develop Indian platform, ensuring core CyberSecurity, IT Risk and Operational Resilience activities are performed with the required efficiency and quality to protect BNP Paribas.

Position Purpose

 

You will integrate the DRS – Global Monitoring team, a team of 6 people managed by a team leader based in France (Paris).

DRS (Digital Risk Steering) support Business and facilitate internal communication to better address Cyber & IT Risk Management worldwide:

•             Privileged contact and support for CISOs in IT risk and cyber management

•             Global monitoring for entities and reporting collection

•             IT Risk and Cyber management committee steering (panoramas, cyber taskforce…)

•             OPC-IT for ITG (Operational Permanent Control)

•             Deployment of IT Risk & Cyber initiatives and tooling

•             Steering of the ECB IT Security & IT Outsourcing OSI remediation plan 

The main activities of Global Monitoring (sub-team of DRS) are:

•             Organize and collect the Group’s RAS indicators (Risk Appetite Statement)

•             Organize and collect IT Group recommendations

•             Tableau Dashboards on different Cyber Topics

•             Remediation Management / Patch Emergency.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 

Direct Responsibilities 

•             Collect, analyse and check data at BNP Paribas Entities level, regarding several IT Risk and cybersecurity topics, cyber remediation plan followed at Group Level

•             Design and develop robust Tableau dashboards to basis the consolidated data, to support the preparation of several presentations

•             Ensure dashboards are visually appealing, interactive, and provide actionable insights.

•             Gather requirements from stakeholders for data sets and dashboard development.

•             Effectively communicate requirements to the team and ensure data sets are accurately captured

•             Analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

•             Develop data visualizations that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders

•             Analyses data to identify potential issues and performs research to develop appropriate solutions (ensure the quality of information collected) 

•             Apply cyber security principles to data analysis and visualization to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. 

Contributing Responsibilities

•            Analyse various sources of data to identify potential areas of risk and assist in developing appropriate process improvements.

•           Assist in compiling accurate and timely reporting for the CDF management.

•           Assist and participate in any special project or request as asked by steering monthly processes, information sources or internal applications upgrades, enhancements related to new reporting requirement, etc. 

•          Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and greater efficiency
