Job Description:

HR Manager 

Directly reporting to:  

Managing Director

of Arval Hungary

Location

Hungary

Functionally reporting to:

Regional HR Director

of Arval CE Region

Level of employment:

100%

 

 


Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment & adaptation process - managing talent review and succession planning; overall responsibility for recruitment activity, selection of recruitment channels, advertisement, communication with agencies etc.  
  2. Learning & Development-preparation of Training plan based on Annual Appraisal, monitoring of talent development
  3. Responsible for creation and keeping the HR Budget – salary increase, training, recruitment
  4. Training – responsibility for selection of training agencies, monitoring of training plan
  5. Responsibility for Comp & Ben – temperature check, implementation, administration
  6. Implementation of new HR policies and procedures 
  7. Implementation of new systems and tools
  8. Responsibility for HR Control plan and HR compliance 
  9. Responsible for maintaining and respecting the Financial Security Regulations and legislation (such as: KYC, KYS, Anti Money Laundering, PIC, Professional Ethics, Anti Bribery, Whistle Blowing process)
  10. Responsible for HR administration, preparation of employment contracts and amendments, exit interviews, cooperation with local social and pension authorities, work with databases and systems
  11. Culture Champion – working on culture of Arval Hungary in cooperation with the Comex and population
  12. Efficiency and HR projects
  13. Payroll – salary inputs, communication with Payroll company
  14. Close cooperation with the General Manager of Arval Hungary, Comex, Middle Management, Headquarters and Regional HR Manager CEE
  15.  
  16. First point of contact for employees
  17. Coordination of employee satisfaction survey
  18. Managing internal communication
  19. Supervision of the HR Generalist and Receptionist/office management

 


 

Technical:

  • ·       Communication with candidates 
  • ·       Communication with colleagues, suppliers, partners and recruitment agencies
  • ·       Implementation and deployment of new HR tools in cooperation with the HR corporate
  • ·       Close collaboration with internal departments and management
  • ·       Regular reporting to Finance, Regional HR and HR Corporate

Administration:

  • ·       Full responsibility for HR administration
  • ·       Participation in team meetings, 1 to 1 meeting, regional meetings
  • ·       Participation in internal and external workshops and seminars

Others:

  • ·       Strategic partner for future development of Arval Hungary
  • ·       Taking part in and leading various projects
  • ·       Working on company Culture and Brand awareness

Profile:

Expertise:

General competences:

  • University degree – Human resources, Psychology or Economics
  • Experience of at least 4 years as an HR Generalist / HRBP in an international company / bank considered as major advantage
  • Very good knowledge of English – C1 and above
  • Knowledge of MS office – Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word
