What is this position about?
- Responsible for trade support and settlement of cash equities and listed derivatives
Primary Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will
- Perform Day-to-day operational processes including account opening, trade confirmation, static data management, settlement, etc.
- Create trade confirmations and margin statements
- Monitor and follow up throughout the entire settlement cycle
- Consolidate cash settlement data for all the products and execute daily cash in and out transaction
- Monitor customer’s and member margin status and report margin call to clients
- Post accounting journals on business transactions
- Deal with ad-hoc requests from internal/external clients.
- Prepare and review internal, regional, and regulatory reporting
- Deal with ad-hoc requests from internal/external clients.
- Liaise with overseas clients, internal and external stakeholders
Other contributions
- Monitor regulations and internal policy changes and ensure implementation
- Engage in projects or process automation initiatives
What is required for you to succeed?
- Relevant experience preferred in Operations or middle office of Securities firm
- Proficiency in English and Korean
- Strong sense of accountability, detail oriented, good team player
