Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification).
•  0‑2 years of experience in securities operations, custody, fund administration, or related banking/financial services role.
•  Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
•  Service oriented mindset with the ability to respond to client inquiries promptly (within service‑level agreements).
•  Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment; open to coaching and knowledge sharing.
•  Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional language proficiency (e.g., French, German) is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Performing calculation and payment of Trailer Fees in order to compensate distributors according to the sales agreements.                                                    
• Processes sales agreements and corporate actions within the system to enable trailer fees calculation                                                    
• Performs pre calculation checks to verify the accuracy of manually entered data in the system                                                    
• Reconciles data inflows from other systems to ensure the correctness of the reporting                                                    
• Distributes trailer fee related reports to clients in order to facilitate the process of distributor compensation                                                    
• Performs trailer fee payments to guarantee that distributors are compensated
