About Business line/Function:
DEC and LD operations is part of CIB / Global Market Operations globally. Locally it is part of India services. Operations team is further divided into multiple functional pillars which provide service to the DEC and LD business that caters to the clients across the globe, helping them with trades and margins related to Futures, Options and commodities and other types of derivative contracts.
The team is responsible for smooth running of day-to-day operations, processing activities such as confirmation, allocation, clearing, settling margin calls, reconciling trade, positions, cash market fees, brokerage. Team provides support across all regions APAC/EMEA/US. This team works very closely with other platforms and hub locations notably Lisbon, Singapore, London and US.

Position Purpose
Reporting to the ISPL DEC Manager this role is in charge of the Control framework, definition and oversight of the local processes. Acting as a key SME for DEC and LD OPS in India, the incumbent will have to ensure that a robust, efficient and compliant processes are in place across all functional domains and aligned with other regions.

Minimum Required Qualifications
·Bachelor degree
·At least 15 plus years of experience in the margining of exchange listed products
·Knowledge of exchange listed products, derivatives, capital markets trading, operations, execution, or trade processing
·Experience in wiring funds via SWIFT messaging
·Experience interacting with clients and various lines of business
·Experience reconciling separate data points and sources
·Some technical specifications knowledge across multiple systems and web interfaces
·Microsoft Excel macro knowledge
·Understanding of collateral transfers
·Knowledge of CCP margin calculations
·Knowledge of CFTC regulations
