Job Title: Assistant Vice President – Strategy & Transformation

Location: 525 Washington Boulevard, Jersey City, NJ 07310

Duties: Design and implement high-level, strategically important projects, and shape the development of the business. Complete complex problem solving, financial analysis, and cost optimization and revenue maximization strategies. Analyze market data, extract competitive insights and identify strategic growth opportunities. Synthesize findings for presentation to/decision by Executive Leadership.   *Telecommuting permitted 40%: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the
 BNP Paribas RCC, Inc. office in Jersey City, New Jersey.

SALARY: $110,000.00 USD to $160,000.00 USD/ year

Work Schedule: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday – Friday)

Job Requirements: Master's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field and three (3) years of experience with consulting, strategy or corporate development, banking, and/or finance prior to business school OR Bachelor's degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field and five (5) years of experience with consulting, strategy or corporate development, banking, and/or finance. Must have two (2) years of experience with: financial research analysis using modeling tools such as Excel, Power BI, and MS Lists; Quantitative and qualitative analysis of (a) company performance (e.g., market performance, revenue growth, market share, share of wallet, client penetration, segmentation); and (b) company operating model (e.g., location and real estate strategy, process efficiency, and org. structure); Development of revenue maximization strategy(ies) across client franchises and business/products (leveraging quantitative and qualitative analyses); and Enhancement of platform operating model (leveraging quantitative and qualitative analyses) leading to cost saving opportunities.
