Responsibilities

Role:

• In-depth fundamental credit analysis of corporates/sectors within the Asia credit market under a desk model

• Generate and promote views as well as trade ideas via regular updates

• Respond to requests both internally and externally with active publications and communications

Conduct:

• Compliance with individual mandates and code of conduct

• Follow BNPP Credit 360 Procedures

• Act & behave appropriately and complies fully with the general ethical standards expected by BNPP and the regulatory authorities

• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, code of conduct and compliance requirements

Franchise & Platform Development:

• Work closely with sales & trading to promote the franchise

• Collaborate with other members of BNPP to maximize team achievements

• Backup responsibilities within the Asia Credit Trading Desk Analyst team

• Establish working relationships with all associated groups (including risk, legal, compliance, etc.)

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Experience in a credit analyst role either on the sell side or the buy side with demonstrated capacity to cover issuers independently

• Writing and communication skills to effectively deliver views and ideas to various stakeholders

• Team player with enthusiasm, initiative & entrepreneurial spirit
