Under BNP Paribas IT Group, Finance & Risk Solution (F&RS) is the IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market. F&RS is a worldwide organizational model that will contribute to tackle major challenges of the Group’s transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Finance and Risk Community through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices. The F&RS organization is the outcome of several convergences: between the Project & Systems teams of Group Finance, CIB Finance and RISK and their related IT teams. F&RS is part of the IT Group organization (ITG in Europe and ITO overseas) with a threefold sponsorship by ITG, Finance and RISK (CIB-ITO; RISK Solutions and ITG-FIT). |

Position Purpose | |||
The role is for a Software Developer with experience of working within a dynamic and demanding environment reacting to changing business needs who works equally well as an individual or as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Application Development and M&E experience. The candidate must have past experience of working as a part of large Development team.
The role will also involve the all aspects of the Application development, M&E activities and to provide L3 support ticket resolutions.
Previous experience within the investment banking sector is not essential but a highly motivated and skilled individual who can add to the current group of talented resources is considered more important.

Responsibilities | |||
Key Responsibilities:· Analyze and interpret requirement specifications received from BA · Liaise with BA to ensure correct understanding and implementation of specifications · Design and develop IT solutions based on the specifications received · Work closely in a “one team” approach with all stakeholders during all phases of the SDLC, jointly providing high quality deliverables · Participate in the testing phases (system, user acceptance, regression…) as required while coordinating with BA, IT and QA teams · Provide support to operations from a technical perspective Qualification and occupational experience· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. · 8-10 years of development experience · Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Essential specific requirements· Strong in C#, .Net, Angular. · Good Knowledge & Understanding of GUI design. · Proficiency in working with databases: MS SQL. · Good understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization. · Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. | |||
