The jobholder will be a part of the ISPL CAO Functions team with a global mission to monitor and foster performance at group & division level. The role will require the candidate to act as business partner for business divisions and business lines and support the business strategic steering. Position Purpose

Head of Back‑Office Operations – Term‑Sheet Management is responsible for the end‑to‑end governance, creation, maintenance, and control of all term‑sheets that underpin the financing, and commercial arrangements. The role ensures that term‑sheets are accurate, compliant with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and tax documentation standards, and that they are effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders (Finance, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Business Units). In addition, the leader will develop a high‑performing back‑office team, drive process efficiency.

Term‑Sheet Governance

• Create, review, and standardize term‑sheet templates (pricing, payment terms, service‑level agreements, etc.).
• Maintain a central, version‑controlled repository of all active and historic term‑sheets.
• Ensure each term‑sheet is signed off by appropriate business owners, Finance, Tax, and Legal signatories.
• Conduct periodic (quarterly‑annual) reviews to confirm that term‑sheets remain aligned with the Group’s Transfer‑Pricing policy, regulatory changes, and internal controls.

Process Management & Automation

• Design and continuously improve the end‑to‑end workflow for term‑sheet creation, approval, storage, and amendment (including automated routing and electronic signatures).
• Identify opportunities for RPA or ERP enhancements that reduce manual effort and increase data integrity.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for processing time, error rates, and compliance coverage.

Reporting & Analytics

• Produce regular reporting for senior management on term‑sheet status, outstanding approvals, policy exceptions, and financial impact (cash‑flow, net interest expense, etc.).
• Provide ad‑hoc analyses for strategic projects (e.g., restructuring, M&A, new financing arrangements).

Team Leadership

• Lead a team of back‑office specialists / analysts (size varies by region), setting clear objectives, coaching, and developing career paths.
• Foster a collaborative culture with stakeholders in Treasury, Tax, Legal, Business Units, and IT.
• Ensure team adheres to service‑level agreements (SLAs) and delivers high‑quality work.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for term‑sheet queries and escalations.
• Champion best‑practice communication between finance, legal, and operational teams to align expectations and timelines.

Continuous Improvement

• Benchmark against industry standards and best practices; embed lessons learned from audits, control testing, and regulatory reviews.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative solutions and knowledge sharing.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or related field (mandatory). A Master’s degree (MBA, MSc Finance) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 12years of relevant experience, with at least 5years in term‑sheet or contract management, inter‑company finance, or treasury operations; 3+years in a senior leadership role.
  • Industry Exposure: Experience within a multinational corporation, especially in banking, corporate & institutional banking, or other highly regulated sectors. 
  • Language :  Fluency in English (both written and spoken) required; additional language(s) relevant to operating regions are an asset.
