Description

Position Purpose

OPC Staff will be responsible for OPC related tasks; OPC Staff will report head of COO Office


Key Responsibilities 

Operational Permanent Control (OPC)

    Define, deploy, and execute OPC controls for CIB Korea (branch)     

    Conduct Operational Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) 

    Review and follow up historical incidents / recurring weaknesses and independent control function 

    Coordinate with regional OPCs for regional business/function controls

    Oversee ISPL OPC teams on control execution and quality check

    Monitor audit & regulatory recommendations (including PCAs) at country level

    Issue & follow up with stakeholders on SIAP (Self Identified Action Plan) for remedial actions Coordinate the end to end complaint process and contact related stakeholders until closure 

    Act as Local TAC/NAC coordinator 

    Support local stakeholders and facilitate follow up process to ensure no overdue in any topics 

    Act as Procedure SPOC and ensure proper monitoring of procedure management

    Support ad. hoc requests within OPC scope

Project Management (within OPC scope)

    Lead locally driven projects 

    Participate/coordinate transversal projects (Head Office and APAC driven)


Governance

    Responsible for regular OPC meetings

    Ensure a complete and accurte inventories of various topics (under OPC and IA scope) 

    Provide support to local and regional committees  


Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)

    Good in written English, report writing & presentation, and fluent in spoken English.

    Good Inter-personal & communication skills, with teamwork spirit, independent & self-motivated.

    Good analytical mind-set and control mindset

    Coordination and multi-tasking skill

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for statistical analysis and report production

Experience Level : 5 to 10 Years
