About the job

  • The Legal Senior Manager’s mission is to provide legal advice and support to the Organization and defend its interests in legal matters, as well as assist the Manager as required

Your Main Activities Are

  • Review, negotiate, and draft contractual documentation for various types of partners and service providers
  • Manage the proper storage and filing of contractual documentation
  • Provide expert legal advice, including implications and penalties, to other departments within the organization
  • Be familiar with group procedures for local adaptation, facilitating compliance with legal inspections/audits
  • Manage Head Office procedures related to contractual documentation
  • Handle the formalization of new required powers
  • Identify legal and judicial risks related to disputes and claims before regulators and take the best course of action regarding them, referencing insurance legislation, regulatory criteria, and industry best practices
  • Update and inform the company about regulatory changes that affect its activities and assess the potential risks arising from them
  • Provide legal advice on the launch of new products/services
  • Raise awareness within the organization about the importance of legal advice for new projects/services to be launched

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related
  • At least 3 years of experience in law firms / insurance companies or similar
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral
  • Legal knowledge 
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail / precision
  • Analytical skills
