As Mobile Test Automation Engineer, you’ll join a dynamic Agile team of 10+ at our HQ in Brussels, driving innovation in our digital banking ecosystem. Your mission: design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for mobile apps (Android/iOS) that empower millions of clients—while championing quality, scalability, and CI/CD integration in a collaborative, tech-forward environment.

AND IN DETAIL

• You monitor product and code quality while automating test cases (Android/iOS) using Appium, Selenium-Java, and BDD (Cucumber/Gherkin).
• You define test plans and scope, execute automated tests, and report defects with replication steps.
• You integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Maven) and collaborate with developers to prioritize test cases.
• You debug scripts and applications, ensuring scalability and reliability of test frameworks.
• You maintain documentation for frameworks, processes, and results, aligned with ISTQB standards.

YOUR TALENTS AND COMPETENCES

• You embody Scrum values: courage to challenge assumptions (e.g., "Why manual test this?"), openness to pair with developers, and focus on delivering zero-defect sprints.
• You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile test automation (Android/iOS), with expertise in Appium, Selenium-Java, and BDD frameworks—plus a knack for scripting in Core Java.
• You’re analytical and result-driven: you dissect complex systems (e.g., API-mobile app interactions) to design scalable test architectures, reducing flakiness by 20%+.
• You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders—explaining test results to product owners or documenting frameworks for future teams.
• You hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or IT (or equivalent experience) and stay updated on trends like AI-driven testing or shift-left security.
• You’re fluent in English (C1) and professional in Dutch or French (B2), enabling seamless collaboration in our multilingual HQ.
• Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), performance testing tools (JMeter), or certifications like ISTQB Advanced.
