About the role
In this role, you're going to proactively manage the new business CRM, making outbound calls to identify exciting new business opportunities. You'll secure meetings for the Corporate Sales Managers and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Manage and develop a portfolio of (Mid) Corporate Prospects, building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Build and manage a new business appointment pipeline for Corporate Sales Managers (CSM), including delivering against appointment targets.
• Define and deliver the long-term strategy for prospect appointment delivery and territory development.
• Identify key opportunity dates (tenders, insurance renewals, benefit windows) to drive timely engagement and pipeline growth.
• Collaborate closely with CSMs and external partners, using acquisition tools (e.g., nCino, SFDC, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and liaising with relevant 3rd parties (e.g., BNP Paribas, Arval suppliers).
What we're looking for
You're a proactive communicator who enjoys building relationships. You're comfortable with data management and have a knack for understanding customer needs to deliver tailored solutions. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment where strategic thinking and effective planning are key.
You'll also be able to demonstrate:
• Proactive relationship-builder and strong communicator, confident across phone, email, and business/social media channels.
• Strong CRM and data management capability, with an organised approach to maintaining and developing prospect information.
• Strategic and long-term thinker, able to plan effectively and support territory development activities.
• Commercially minded with financial awareness, able to understand customer needs and shape tailored solutions that add value.
• Highly organised and confident with tools, including Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint), and able to prioritise effectively under pressure.
The package
We offer a basic starting salary of up to £40,000, plus a bonus of up to £1,900. We also offer 25 days holiday as standard, plus bank holidays, an extra day off for your birthday, and the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
