About the job
- The Digital Marketing & Communication Trainee’s main mission is to support the team on dedicated projects to promote Centric, BNP Paribas' digital banking platform for corporate clients. These dedicated projects include product campaigns, recurring operational communication on the platform, client journeys, and newsletters
Your Main Activities Are
- Support and set up direct marketing campaigns that promote new services and features to our clients by defining target audience and strategy, briefing a design team, creating content, and handling the technical set-up in Marketo, the marketing automation tool
- Implement and improve automated client journeys on Centric to drive engagement and cross-usage of our services
- Work on dedicated projects to support our bankers in promoting Centric to their clients, including creating support materials
- Build internal and external communication campaigns on digital topics
- Manage social media posts and internal newsletters, particularly Centric newsletter and AI newsletter
- Engage in project management tasks, including stakeholder engagement, setting up timelines, and defining roles and responsibilities
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication, Business Management or any related fields
- Fluency in English, with great communication skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate with others
- Creativity, innovation and strategic mind-set
- Client focused and problem-solving skills
About the Team
- The Digital Office is responsible for some of the most innovative digital products at BNP Paribas. Our flagship product is Centric, the digital banking platform for Corporate clients. It’s live in 45 countries with more than 150.000 active users. We’re also working on several AI projects to improve the client experience. The Digital Office is spread over Paris, London, Brussels and Lisbon. The Marketing and Communications team helps promote these services both to clients and employees.
