Fund Dealing Services Junior Business Change Manager
Purpose of the role:
Managing independently smaller business change initiatives for Warsaw FDS Operations scope and participate in larger projects for entire FDS, provide business analysis for solutions proposed for Warsaw scope to enhance operational efficiency, support informed decision making and contribute to the successful execution of change initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Provides the small scale business analysis and/or supports its execution in order to allow Warsaw FDS management making usually tactical decisions.
- Works out and delivers first level trainings and guidance within the Warsaw FDS Ops in order to increase the fund industry knowledge among the staff and sometimes counterparts.
- Runs the calls on Warsaw operational challenges and makes the changes recognized and implemented in order to minimize the risk of negative impact reoccurance.
- Comes up with proposals of process changes as well as fine tuning of existing activities in order to help achieving Warsaw FDS strategy goals.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Economics or similar
- Over 3-5 of experience in Banking operations, securities and fund services
- English on advanced level (min. C1)
- Proficient command of MS Office (proficient knowledge of Excel)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Ability to understand, explain and support change
