TPRM Intern

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist on tracking due‑diligence steps with Relationship Managers, Subject‑Matter Experts, and vendors.
  • Help on open issues to the appropriate stakeholders and monitor their resolution.
  • Perform VRF checks and raise challenges when required.
  • Assist in Standard, Performance‑Monitoring, and End‑of‑Life (EoL) due‑diligence reviews and challenge findings as needed.
  • Complete Vendor Acceptance Committee (VAC) forms for residual‑risk assessment consolidation and obtain the necessary approvals.
  • Execute EoL check‑lists, send invitations to the “EoL Petit Committee,” prepare minutes, and follow up on resulting actions.
  • Request KYS recertification approvals in line with KYS policy requirements. Help on KYS assessments locally when requested by the Compliance team. And keep the KYS Inventory and General Control registers up‑to‑date for the assessments you own.
  • Manage the TPMO inbox on the days assigned to the intern – route messages to the appropriate team members.
  • Draft and send replies to emails within your competence, under supervision when needed.
  • Produce a weekly status‑update (priorities, progress, blockers) for the Head of TPMO Brazil / LATAM or delegated staff.
  • Assist with any other activities assigned by the TPMO team.

 

Position Requirements

•            Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Finance, Law, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

•            Portuguese (native or fluent). English is a plus.

•            Ability to follow structured processes, spot gaps, and propose practical solutions.

•            Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable navigating internal platforms.

•            No previous TPRM/KYS experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.

•            Positive energy, willingness to work hard, and commitment to delivering high quality results.
