The Securities Services business of BNP Paribas is one of Europe's leading providers of custody services for securities.

The Luxembourg branch plays a major part in its operations, offering clients high value-added services extending from custody to securities lending, fund administration, performance measurement and ratings, and bond issuance services.

 

We are currently looking for a:

 


Internship : Digital Transformation in Product Documentation  Project M/F


you must justify a trainship agreement covering all the length of the mission

 

 

CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES

 

Join our Harmonization and Digitalization of Product Documentation project, a strategic initiative to modernize client contracts, annexes, and operational memos for Institutional Investors (Asset Owners & Managers).

 

As an intern, you’ll contribute to:
 
 Standardizing legal & commercial documents (contracts, SLAs, POAs).
 
 Mapping document dependencies and improving digital workflows.
 
 Testing AI-driven tools for automation and compliance checks.
 
 Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Legal, Product, Tech, and Sales).

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial documentation, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance in a leading global bank.

Duration: 9 - 12 months

WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION?

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Document Analysis – Review existing contracts/annexes to identify inconsistencies and propose standardizations.
  • Process Mapping – Help design a logical hierarchy for documents (e.g., master agreements  annexes).
  • Digital Tool Testing – Assist in evaluating/piloting AI or automation solutions 
  • Stakeholder Support – Prepare meetings materials or minutes
  • Project Coordination – Contribute to governance frameworks

ARE YOU OUR FUTURE INTERN?

 

Professional experience and/or degree

 

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Law or Business)
  • Basic knowledge of financial products, legal documentation, or digital tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

 

Transversal skills

 

  • Client centric mindset with curiosity for financial innovation and technology.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills 

 

Language skills

 

  • C1 in English (French or another European language is a bonus).
