Description

Responsibilities

  • Relationship Managers form the transition between Associates and Senior Bankers. As such, Relationship Managers dedicate most of their time to client facing activities and business origination. Relationship Managers perform their duties in close coordination with Senior Bankers together with whom they cover a defined client portfolio.
  • Relationship Managers broaden and deepen the bank's relationship with clients, together with business lines specialists or on their own. This is vital when dealing with complex organisations like insurance companies.
  • Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies/procedures and regulatory requirements, in particular with regards to the KYC responsibilities and duties, as per relevant policies and procedures, and the summary of responsibilities list attached hereto.


Contributions

  • An RM must have good sector knowledge and continue to develop this / stay updated on changes.
  • The role requires a focus on transversal cooperation and ensuring as many of the bank's products and services can be brought to clients as possible. Must use client and sector knowledge to bring the right products to clients.
  • Role in managing the team including training and coaching.
