WHAT DOES DAILY WORK LOOK LIKE? 


A 12-month VIE based in Dublin, Ireland, starting in August/September 2026


In your role as a Third-Party Administrator, you will support the Head of Third-Party Oversight and the Third-Party Relationship Manager in managing our oversight, resolving the identified inherent and residual risks of using third parties, to drive compliance and ensure the entities have a robust controls framework across the third-party community in ensuring all key team deliverables and deadlines are met.


Your main responsibilities:


Within this Third-Party Oversight team, you:


  • Maintain the Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Database, collaborating with vendor managers to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Prepare reports for Outsourcing Committee and governance meetings; escalate issues as needed.
  • Coordinate Outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Forums, including setting agendas, preparing reports, documenting minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Participate in key operational governance forums.
  • Support the Global Head of Third-Party Oversight in managing relationships with Suppliers.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and third-party providers to facilitate effective outsourcing.
  • Assist with business change initiatives as required.
  • Apply a risk-based approach, emphasizing governance and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee annual third-party due diligence in line with the Minimum Control Expectation (MCE) Framework.
  • Coordinate monthly KPI reporting and presentations to Senior Management.


This 12-month VIE is based in Dublin, Ireland.

  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree (Bac+5).
  • Experienced in engaging with diverse key stakeholders.

  • Eager to contribute to process improvements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and diligence.
