In Frankfurt we are looking for you to join us in a full-time, permanent position as (Senior) Sales Manager (all genders) Institutional Sales at BNP Paribas Asset Management

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Managing and expanding institutional corporate coverage with a defined focus on treasury, pension and liquidity related topics
- Identifying and developing business opportunities by systematically analysing client needs, priorities and decision drivers
- Contributing to sustainable revenue growth through targeted and documented sales activities across the client lifecycle
- Ensuring a consistently professional and credible representation of BNP Paribas AM in all senior client interactions
- Coordinating internal (product specialist) teams covering the same corporate clients to ensure a consistent and aligned client approach
- Proposing improvements proactively to enhance coverage quality, client relevance, and cross‑team collaboration
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable field
- Longterm experience in institutional sales / corporate treasury / advisory / asset management or a comparable environment with regular exposure to corporate clients
- Client centric mindset, with the ability to prioritise client needs and align them with internal capabilities and commercial objectives
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strategic planning and execution capabilities, enabling structured coverage planning, pipeline management and disciplined follow-through
- Full professional fluency in German and English (C1 Level required), French is preferred but not mandatory
