About this opportunity
Main scope of the role
It is the Administration & Billing Specialist mission to control and process incoming invoices. This involves structuring the invoice flow and ensure that the invoices are paid by the correct field/department at the right time. You will also actively participate in project work related to improving and developing routines, including robotization of our work processes. As Administration & Billing Specialist you will be a part of an international team, which meets once a month to share best practice.
What you will do
- Responsibility of controlling and processing of incoming invoices.
- Coordinate and distribute invoice management internally.
- Guidance and follow-up of our colleagues in ACCB in Slovakia, which records recurring invoices.
- Actively contribute to the digitalization of processes in the operating management area.
- Working closely with the rest of the Operations department to support their backoffice activity.
Relevant experience and requirements
- Perseverance
- Higher education, preferably in economics.
- A few years of experience from the relevant position will be an advantage but is no requirement.
- Strong interest in technology/automation.
- Good IT insights; experience from using different CRM/ERP systems.
- Good Excel skills.
- Speaks fluent in English and Norwegian.
