Position Purpose


Assigning task to the team based on the skill and expertise. Ensuring the deliverables are on time as per agreed SLA. EOD checks to ensure that team has completed the activities that is been assigned to them on time. Providing regular feedback to his sub-ordinates and grooming their career. Facilitating transaction processing of instructions received from client to ensure settlement of trades in Global markets. Providing round the clock service to cover client queries across ASIA, EMEA and US regions. Reconciling client positions to match with the market positions. Being a team player to achieve team co-ordination, adhere to BNP policies and follow the agreed timelines to avoid any breach in SLA. SME in the process to assist team on BAU queries and playing overall controller by validating the daily transactions ,emails, controls etc.,


Responsibilities


Direct Responsibilities

Ensuring repairs and emails are assigned on time and that are processed and validated on time

Ensuring reports and activities are sent without any delay

Handling 2nd level escalation emails and leading team to approach on the right direction

Working on process improvements and leading team 

Ensuring reconciliations are performed for both cash and stock. Need to ensure that appropriate comments are updated and followed up.

Ensuring appropriate comments are updated in short securities database.

Ensuring FAX pilot / 599 pilot are checked regularly to create instruction on time and ensure that been reached to market.

Ensure proper static set-up is in place from client and Market perspective

Provide ideas to increase STP or manual intervention which will affect

Ensure assigned task been completed by the team and the check-list is duly filled up on daily basis.

Ensuring accounting gets completed on the same day of settlement confirmations 

Should gain complete knowledge on market specifications and acting as SME to clarify team queries

Creating backup / succession planning for own and for the team 

Contributing Responsibilities

Understanding BNP policies and adhere to it to ensure there is no breach.

Maintaining and adhere to safe desk policy to ensure that no documents been accessible to   unauthorised person.

Be a team player to achieve common team organisations goals and build team co-ordination.

Flexibility and adaptability to move across the shift and support business on need basis

Completing mandatory training which are assigned
