About the job
- The Professional Relationship Management (PRM) team acts as the critical nexus between Global Markets and the Bank’s risk/compliance frameworks. The PRM serves as the dedicated Relationship Manager (RM) for a specific client portfolio, with a primary mandate to protect the Bank by securing the Know-Your-Client (KYC) process, monitoring commercial activities, and overseeing risk management. The role ensures strict adherence to suitability, appropriateness, and Front Office regulatory obligations while driving operational efficiency through the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and AI
Your Main Activities Are
- Digital Transformation & AI Integration: Strategic Automation including drive the integration of automation and AI within the PRM processes to eliminate redundancies and optimize manual processes; Project Lifecycle Management as per example design, propose, and execute value-add projects for the global PRM scope; establish and maintain Project Management dashboards with clear KPIs, milestones, and delivery metrics and Governance that includes actively contribute to the PRM governance framework regarding AI and automation initiatives.
- Ensure a deep & comprehensive client understanding including commercial activities with the Bank such as: Maintain overall oversight of the client, such as strategy, financials, personnel changes, etc ; Keep up-to-date with commercial activities between the client and the Bank ; Proactively share this information with Sales & relevant internal stakeholders for firm-to-firm connectivity as well as to facilitate business decisions such as: offboarding, RM reallocation, transaction profile, etc. and ensure CRM is up-to-date and is being contributed by him/herself and/or by relevant Sales
- Ensure KYC responsibilities as RM
- Ensure Client Risk Management & Front Office Regulatory & Conduct Duties
- Ensure effective client experience
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Finance or Law
- Excellent communications skills in English, both written and oral
- Between 5 to 8 years of experience in relationship management or client‑facing roles within financial services
- Relevant experience/knowledge on Project Management, with proven record of achievements.
- Good knowledge of programming languages and comfortable with AI adoption and risks.
- Influences and supports members of the PRM team by leading in decision making and approach where problems are more complex and require sophisticated analysis or experience. Escalates or point of escalation where necessary.
- Demonstrate good technical understanding of Global Markets activities and products and actively promotes the market and area of expertise outside of the bank to key stakeholders
