About the job

  • In April 2022, BNP Paribas approved a strategy to address issues related to the Third Parties Risk Management (TPRM) with the aim of providing the Group with a solution to improve supplier risk management
  • The objective is to implement and deploy within the Group an application that will facilitate the industrialization of processes related to Group procedures around the TPRM (RiMES, KYS v2) and be in line with regulators’ expectations in this area. This unique solution, named OneTPRM, will also enable the Group to comply with the expectations of the AFA (Agence Française Anti-Corruption) regarding KYS (Know Your Supplier)
  • Process Unity was selected as the underlying technology for the One TPRM solution. It is live since mid-May 2023
  • A support team is needed to administrate and support internal and external users for One TPRM

Your Main Activities Are

  • Support and administration of the One TPRM application
    • Management of authorizations: creation/modification of users, assignment of profiles
    • Management of reference data
    • Support supplier users (OneTPRM portal access, usage, process support)
    • Support internal users (Requesters addressing TPRM requests as well as risk officers (TPRM and KYS officers)
    • Participation in the management of application releases (collection and analysis of needs, design, testing phase, among others)

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor degree in Business Management or Procurement
  • Up to 2 years of Experience in Supplier onboarding, Administration, User support and Data integrity
  • Knowledge of Data processing, Data quality and Risk control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to navigate eProcurement tools or referential
  • Fluent in English
  • Interpersonal skills -needs to be able to build relationships without meeting users on a regular basis
  • Adaptability
  • Ability to collaborate / teamwork
  • Attention to detail/ rigor
  • Ability to deliver/ Results driven
