About Business line/Function : |
BNL has chosen to organize itself according to the Agile@Scale model, the main departments are divided into Tribes and each contains within itself the organization of the relevant business, the definition and organization of the processes in its area, the management of the IT components in the perimeter. ADM Governance team manages the IT Governance Web Application and is responsible for the following activities: Ø Evolve the IT Governance tools based on IT needs and in close collaboration with the Architecture, UX-Design, ITP COEs. Ø Manage maintenance of in-scope applications.

Position Purpose | |||||||
Realize second level support activities: Analyse application problems in production, debug processes, correct defects and anomalies, improve processes resilience, applies lean methodology to make continuous improvement of the Run activities, update documentation (PDD, Design document) Effective management of maintenance tickets within SLA defined Apply classification of maintenance tickets to address actions for the continuous improvement of the automated processes (LEAN methodology) Analyse business needs to evolve existing applications and processes Support the production of reports of Run activities Support the continuous dialogue and exchange of information with the other IT maintenance teams to improve the maintenance activities

Responsibilities | |||||||
Direct Responsibilities Problem solving on run activities, manage maintenance tickets respecting business SLA, support reporting on run activities to the management classifying tickets to address improvement actions (Lean methodology) taking in charge of new/modified application and check the quality of code and documentation, debug the code with problems and develop corrections, analysis, design and development of evolutions of application, test the software created or modified, Interact with other IT maintenance teams to speed up the solution of problems
Contributing Responsibilities Support BNL teams in analysing and resolving application problems. Collaborate on the design and development for evolutive changing. Actively participate in the ceremonies/meetings of analysis and sharing of the ADM Governance Team activities

Technical & Behavioral Competencies | |||||||
- Fundamental skill: o Deep knowledge of the following technologies: § ASP.Net § C# § Relational databases: MS SQL Server o Knowledge of how systems are monitored and maintained o Testing competence - Important skill (knowledge of at least one of the technologies listed) o Gitlab, Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, SonarQube. - Basic knowledge of these technologies: o Java o SpringBoot o Angular o NodeJS o Docker & Kubernetes o Relational databases: Mongo DB - Basic knowledge of Requirements Collection, Analysis, Design, Development and Test activity - Nice to have skills: o Knowledge of the reference architectures and main integration patterns o Continuous improvement approaches (Lean methodology) | |||||||
