About the job
- The role of Project Manager – Lean Coach focuses on identifying and facilitating transformation and continuous improvement, inclusive of but not limited to steering & aiding IT teams (production and development), identify and execute process / service improvements to increase quality and timeliness of business deliveries to the Bank’s clients; and promote the BizDevOps transition journey of BP2S organization, from an APS (Application Production Support) perspective
- This role reports to Head of BP2S APS Regional Centre and will report globally to the Head of IT CTO Office
Your Main Activities Are
- The primary responsibility of PMOs is to handle the support for project management thereby providing the necessary support for the decision-making process to all stakeholders
- Play an advisory role (alerts, risks and recommendations) for project, portfolio, program or senior manager
- Guarantee reliable and commented reporting with the necessary alerts and recommendations. Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations
- Provide decision-making support to all actors involved
- Contribute and generate value to the organization by avoiding costs and finding cost saving opportunities
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related
- At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology or similar
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral
- Attention to detail / rigor
- Ability to manage a project
- Ability to understand, explain and support change
- Ability to set up relevant performance indicators
- Ability to develop others and improve their skills
