About the job
- T&PC Referential team supports and performs specific controls on Global Markets and ALMT business line, as well as other business lines of BNP Paribas Group
- The particularity of the team is to gather many transversal tasks in the management of the various Referential tasks
- For this role in particular, the employee will be working in KYT (Know Your Trader) scope, ensuring that all BNPP Traders across all GBLs and regions, who receive/request for quotes on European Economic Area (EEA) electronic platforms, submit their personal data (PII) into the KYT platform and configure the Trading Venues used in their roles
Your Main Activities Are
- Administrate KYT (Know Your Trader) platform
- Collect Traders personal information including nationality and personal identifiers (I.E. passport number, ID card number)
- Send the above information to the Assisted Reporting Mechanisms to support BNPP's MIFID II Transaction Reporting
- Store and distribute personal identifiers in encrypted format, complying with BNPP security standards
- Support various teams and businesses in the interaction with KYT
- Support projects which impact KYT referential like FO reorganization, new businesses, new processes, and help developing new reconciliations to answer business needs
- Reconcile referential data between KYT with different Trading Venues or with other systems like Optimus
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- Knowledge / experience on the administration of a referential
- Knowledge / experience in Finance or Regulations (banking/trading, IAS classification)
- Knowledge / experience in profit and loss
- Knowledge / practices on market fees (custodies, clearing, brokers)
- Fluent (C1-C2) level of English
- Good communication skills (both oral and written)
- Analytical capacity (to investigate breaks in reconciliations)
- Rigorous / attention to detail
- Sense of curiosity
- Team spirit
- Skills on Office pack (namely Excel)
