Mission of HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a solution provider towards his client and a strategic partner on HR-related topics within her/his scope. She/he provides a fully integrated, comprehensive HR role with focus on developing and maintaining relationship with designated domain, providing HR advice and services in line with domain strategic objective.

The HRBP is part of a diversified HR Community and will leverage knowledge of specialist HR teams to provide advice in subjects associated with: Recruitment; Learning & Development; Compensation & Benefits; Employee Relations; and others.

Main Functions

  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner as a point of entry on HR-related topics 
  • Maintain contact with internal clients (managers and staff)
  • Ensure the good process of all administrative HR actions, including the liaison with the Recruitment team
  • Active role in the Onboarding of new employees
  • Support in Managing internal mobility, expatriation, maternity leave, retirement and exit processes
  • Provide HR support, in accordance with HR strategy
  • Promote specific HR initiatives suitable to the business/function


Requirements

Studies: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology or similar

Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English 

Experience / Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
