About Business line/Function:

The Transversal team in Global Banking IT provides services IT Risk, Security and Control services for the application development teams present in ISPL. The team is responsible to help monitor, govern, guide and report on the IT security, Risk and control adherences for the application in scope of the team.

Position Purpose

This role pertains to support for Chief of Staff office of Global Banking IT (GB IT). GB IT includes approx. 2000 employees who help with development, testing & production support services for Global Banking applications of BNP Paribas. The CIO office / Chief of Staff office of Global Banking IT team is responsible for strategy formulation & execution of agreed objectives for the year. This team supports the CIO with preparation of senior management presentations. The team also liaises with different teams within Technology for project updates.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

            Preparation of presentations for senior management

            Helping to Monitor GB industrialization  initiatives

            Leading recurrent meetings  with project managers  to get the appropriate information 

            Reporting on  project financial data ( actuals and  projects cost  

            Helping to prepare the GB industrialisation steerco  

            Supporting the Chief of Staff in the follow-up of the GB industrialization program  but also  adhoc  tasks  that might be necessary
