Organization – Position Purpose |
ITTF Sourcing and Logistics team is responsible for Resource Management, Reliability and Coordination and Sourcing Design and Optimization. The team is responsible for: · The strategic planning and execution of location transitions · Data analysis and stakeholder communication · Project tracking to ensure smooth transitions, alignment with business goals with minimal business disruptions · To support the end-to-end management of contracts · To streamline contract workflows · To ensure timely review, compliance with Company and legal standards, accurate documentation helping reduce risk by execution of contractual obligations · Management of relationships with SMEs |
Responsibilities |
Direct Responsibilities · Draft and perform process improvements & optimization tools. · Intervene & act within operational processes to provide solutions to teams. · Develop expertise in X-Shoring methodology and provide support to initiatives · Organize and lead regular updates & governance between stakeholders. · Develop expertise in X-Shoring methodology liaise with global sourcing knowledge · Follow up of SMEs conditions · Define Purpose of the ITTF Dashboard, make list of SPOCs to connect, Setting up follow up additional connects to gather requirements · Design S&L SharePoint based on simple UI & efficient user experience, Understanding the current Share point structure, Creating Folder & permission groups with appropriate standard nomenclature · Understanding the Business needs, legal implications of contracts and finalization of the drafts by discussing with internal stakeholders. · Analyzing contract requirements, terms and conditions and other content to ensure compliance with appropriate laws · Drafting of SLAs, Amendments letter, Terminations and review of contracts to ensure that all the details are incorporated as per regulations. · Liaise with the Regional SLA Coordinator, Country Specific Coordinator, Business teams, SMEs etc. · Manage SLA dashboards and Trackers and modify SOPs per regulatory requirements · Plan a monthly follow-up meeting with all the regions APAC, NAR, EMEA, UK · Drafting minutes and meet the deliverable timelines.
