We are looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager for our Yeditepe Corporate Branch, located in the TEB Headquarters in Ümraniye:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related department from a recognized university
- 2-4 years of experience in the Banking sector, specifically in Corporate-Large Commercial Portfolio Management
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Holds a SPK License (is a plus)
- Possesses innovative thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills
- Thrives in a dynamic working environment and excels in teamwork
- Demonstrates a customer-focused and result-oriented mindset

Job Description:
- Strategically plan and execute marketing activities in line with our targets; provide consultative services to existing and potential Corporate Banking customers regarding our bank’s products and those of our group companies
- Develop marketing techniques and foster cross-selling opportunities while aligning with our bank's Corporate Banking strategies
- In response to the demands of Corporate Banking customers, ensure coordination with our head office units and group companies for promotional and marketing activities
- Monitor the productivity and product usage of Corporate Banking customers
- Conduct customer visits to acquire new clients, follow up with existing clients, or promote and sell products
