Main purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to efficiently and effectively deliver campaigns and develop marketing plans to achieve strategic business targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the following brand pillars: RCS Brand and Products, Consumer Research, Sponsorships, Events, Digital content, Public Relations and Internal Communication. 
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns for brand and RCS products 
  • Assist in managing the publicity and reputational management in the corporate environment    
  • Build and harness relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Provide design and direction for collateral, web, products and other visual communications media for the Company     
  • Actively monitor competitors – provide competitive analysis, strategies and tactics, and have the ability to be creative and agile in response to any competitive challenges    
  • Create and present thought leadership across service, brand and marketing initiatives 
  • Plan and approve Existing Customer Marketing elements with ECM team  
  • Conceptualise and implement internal campaigns for various departments within the business    
  • Create and update weekly status reports related to RCS Brand Marketing activities    
  • Assist Manager and/or team with Projects and/or admin related tasks
  • Marketing Controls

To ensure the effective implementation across Marketing functions, the following are required on an ongoing basis:

  • Set KPIs per campaign
  • Post campaign analysis after every campaign
  • Reports provided to all stakeholders monthly
  • Archiving – ongoing for auditing purposes
  • Implement audit/regulatory controls (where applicable)

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Relevant Marketing Degree or equivalent qualification – essential 
  • Minimum of 3 years Marketing experience in a Corporate or Agency environment – essential 
  • Experience coordinating events within a Corporate environment 
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (intermediate level) – essential 
  • Own transport, licenced driver
