About the job

  • Within Portugal International Markets Hub (PIMH), a Scrum Master organises, coordinate and facilitate the various activities to be realised by the representative users, for testing & change management, in the frame of Go Live of the program. He/She will support the representative users & squad, in adopting and adapting to AGILE ways of working, in accordance to the Agile principles, while taking into account the users skillset, BAU & project context
  • He/She works with the Change Experts, Product Owners, Tribe leads, Change Program Manager, Head of PIMH and other teams across International Market HUB (IMH) to achieve project success
  • The Scrum Master will be based in Lisboa

Your Main Activities Are

  • As a Scrum Master, you participate in the different projects within the scope of activity PIMH and IMH, this involves
    1. Coordinate the key business representative users & different stakeholders (Project & BAU) as per activities to be realised within sprints
    2. Facilitate, optimize & adapt the Agile ceremonies & rituals to the Business squads
    3. Coach the Key Business representatives, who are used to work in “BAU Operational” mode
    4. Prepare, coordinate & synchronize the backlogs & plannings to evaluate the activities readiness to be realised by key business representative users
    5. Efficient backlog management with the Key Business representative users & project team
    6. Bring continuous improvement, as per user maturity to new approach
    7. Propose & implement a structure & KPI to follow-up squad activity, as per Go Live objectives
    8. Follow-up the knowledge acquisition of key business representative users
    9. Anticipate & raise key risks & dependencies as per target delivery & planning
    10. Organize to implement the Train the trainer model, in collaboration with key business representatives & Change Expert

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economy, Finance, Business Administration or Accounting
  • At least 3 years of Experience in Scrum methodology
  • Experience in the Banking sector
  • Knowledge of Temenos & Transact tools
  • Fluency in English 
  • Communication skills and ability to interact professional and confidently with a diverse group: users, managers and subject matters experts
  • Analytical skills, quick learner and adaptable
  • Ability to handle challenging situations
  • Adaptability and polyvalence
  • Rigorous and autonomous
