Deputy Team Leader (Unity/Confluence templates)

Requirements:

• Unity Workstation & Financial Report Manager modules (e.g. InDesign) 
• FinRep knowledge needed i.e. to map accounts
• Logical thinking/analytical skills: formulas/conditionals/creation of maps in Unity
• MS Excel advanced knowledge + VBA knowledge as an asset (nice to have)
• FIA knowledge as an asset
• Unity NXT - Regulatory Reporting option in Unity
• Experience in people management 

Responsibilities:

• Set-up of new clients (Chart of Accounts, layout of FS in Unity InDesign)
• Preparation of Financial Statements and Holding maps
• Creating Skeleton mapping & Workbooks in Unity for new clients or for new investments for existing client 
• Management of errors in Unity  
• Co-operation with Confluence support team (contact on daily basis)
• Point of contact for FinRep team in case of queries/issues/problems
• Maintenance of Unity (i.e. checking if there are any old funds to delete)
• People management
