In Frankfurt we are looking for you to join us in a full-time or part-time, permanent position as Investment Compliance Securities Lending & Depository Controller (all genders) in BNP Paribas Securities Services

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you

  • Monitoring of requirements relevant for fund and lending specific investment requirements related to mandates of BP2S/ AFS
  • Validation of the alerts generated by the sec lending monitoring tool (SeLect)
  • Ex-Post Monitoring of collaterals in the system SeLect on a daily basis
  • Collaboration and liaise with the Settlement Team
  • Reporting to the clients (KVGen) within the agreed timeframes
  • Integration of new clients’ operational activities and development of new products and services
  • Ensuring the transformation of BP2S/ AFS values – steadiness, responsibility, expertise, good place to work, agility, compliance culture, client satisfaction and openness

 

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher university degree 
  • Several years of professional experience 
  • Sound knowledge of German and European regulations, such as KAGB and DerivateV, and IC operational processes, procedures and services
  • Deep knowledge of funds, securities and derivatives markets
  • Ability to manage and control IC risk
  • Client oriented and detail focused working style 
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of the systems mainly used to carry out IC tasks, i.e. Eurosycomore, Innova, additionally Business Objects, Multifonds etc. as well as MS Office Applications ﴾Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.﴿
  • Professional fluency in German and English
