 Partnership onboarding manager

 

SUPERVISOR 

 Partnership Team Manager

A SENSE OF PURPOSE

 

Effectively oversee and manage sales leads generated from strategic partnerships and intermediary channels aiming to convert them into clients. This role combines operational execution with managerial responsibilities: while directly contributing to onboardning activities, the Manager also supervises processes, supports the team and ensures continuous improvement. The focus is on strengthening partner relationships, optimizing lead generation processes, and delivering results aligned with company objectives

 

 

DUTIES

 

 

Managing Sales Leads:

  • Receiving and handling inquiries originating from strategic partnerships and intermediary channels.
  • Ensuring that all leads are properly evaluated, qualified, and tracked using the company's internal systems (KYC & RISK processes).
  • Supervising and maintaining communication with partners/prospects throughout the entire sales process and ensuring high service standards Supporting the team in handling complex cases. 

Offer Preparation: 

  • Accurately assessing customer needs and preparing tailored offers based on them.
  • Overseeing the accuracy and quality of quotations and proposals, ensuring alignment with company strategy. 
  • Personally, managing negotiations and proposals for key or high-value clients. 

Administration and Reporting:

  • Overseeing and completing administrative tasks related to the sales processes.
  • Preparing and reviewing reports on lead status, the sales pipeline, and partner performance.
  • Providing regular feedback and recommendations to senior management on activities, results, and suggestions for process improvements.
  • Update CRM tool.
  • In case of success manage the whole credit risk and KYC process
  • Prepare standard Framework Agreement and “client file” for Framework Agreement implementation 

Maintaining Relationships with Strategic Partners and Intermediaries:

  • Regular communication with partners to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Supporting and expanding existing partner relationships to optimize lead generation. 
  • Acting as an escalation point for partners and ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • Improving lead management processes related to strategic partnerships and intermediary channels.

 

  • Coordinating the daily work of trainees dedicated to the department
  • Collaborating with other members of the sales team to achieve objectives.

 

  • Responsible for maintaining and respecting the corporate regulations & administration
  • Responsible for maintaining Financial Security Regulations per performing the well-defined processes
  • Follow the financial security procedures on the KYC Framework, AML/CTF, PEP (Politically Exposed Persons), Sanction & Embargoes, as well as the ABC Framework.

 

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Min. High school diploma, bachelor’s degree in business economics or Equivalent is an advantage
  • 2-3 years Customer Service experience – experience in sales is an advantage
  • Knowledge of automotive market is a plus
  • Confident user of MS Office Tools
  • Fluency in local language, operational in English
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive and team player attitude with strong client focus
