Position Purpose | |||||
As ATC (Arval Test Center) Sourcing Leader, you will be part of this international team composed by more than 60 people, working for Squads across different countries. In this context, you will be the local point of contact of the ATC in India with the ambition to identify and manage the best staffing to support the ATC activities. To do this, you will actively collaborate with the ATC Test Managers and the Head of ATC. You will use your motivation on the management and your ability to collaborate to ensure that all ATC members get the required means and skills to achieve the objectives of the team and follow the internal processes. You will also infuse the team spirit, make people growing and develop their skills. You will adjust the setup of the Testers to fit with the Arval challenges and actively participate in making ATC practices being more innovative, efficient and compliant with internal expectations of quality level. | |||||
Responsibilities | |||||
Direct Responsibilities - Staffing o Collect the ATC sourcing needs o Maintain the sourcing plan o Manage resources recruitment and departure o Lead the qualification of candidates and their interview o Manage the On-boarding & the Off-boarding of people o Drive all required logistic to ensure that the ATC people have the required means to work o Provide a clear vision of the organisation to the new commers so that they understand the context in which they work o Organise the required knowledge transfer for the ATC people o Alert on any sourcing event impacting the ATC activity o Identify suitable options to solve difficulties encountered with the local staffing
- Internal People Management o Local point of contact for the ATC resources (manage the absences (holidays, sickness), the home working, etc.) and communicate to the related ATC functional managers. o Define people objectives and perform evaluation in line with the Head of ATC. o Maintain the skill-matrix o Identify potential skills upgrade required and allocate suitable training session to the people o Make the link with the local HR
- Suppliers Management o Manage the relation with the external suppliers o Ensure that the invoices received are in line with the expectations o Identify potential lack of skills and organise suitable upgrade with the supplier
- Transversal activities o Ensure a proper update of the internal tools to follow people activities and presence o Ensure that the ATC people know and understand ATC practices o Share a regular status of the staffing to the Head of ATC - As part of Arval IT Hub in ISPL o Oversee preparing and conducting any committees onshore. Define & maintain necessary KPIs o Take leadership part of the recruitment phase, e.g. JD drafting, contact point for ISPL RH, interviews o Represent the ATC tribe when it comes to relationships with external partners o Coordinate ATC, internal & external, members’ activity and ensure high-level quality delivery o Ensure culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Tribe o Ensure collaboration & interaction with other Tribes of the Hub
