About the job

  • BNPP Wealth Management Business Management team is looking to expand in Portugal. This is a very interesting opportunity to join the growing PIMH family as Business and Client Services officer for Business Management Department
  • The role involves providing functional and operational support to Front-Office users, training them on various systems, and facilitating communication and exchange with other departments (IT, Operations, Finance). You will be responsible for incident follow-up and resolution, close collaboration with IT team will be essential to resolve technical issues. You will participate in Continuous Efficiency Improvement projects and ensure new tools and new functionalities implementation by preparing, coordinating, performing UAT and supporting user with training
  • In addition, you will coordinate client mailing, manage the client template and manage client data in Front-Office Tools
  • Synthesize of the activity and set up regular monitoring sessions with the management in Portugal and Switzerland are expected
  • Wealth Management is preparing to adopt a new platform. This largescale project encompasses both the migration of data from the legacy system and the rollout of the tool with new interfaces and processes
  • By joining Business Support, you will act as the FrontOffice representative on the project, ensuring close coordination with the IT departments

Your Main Activities Are

  • Ensure that all business aspects are taken into account. As the business representative, the Business Support (BUSS) colleague is responsible for supporting the project rollout by carrying out the following actions
    • Oversee the data migration
    • Conduct the tests and document them
    • Track risk items and facilitate their resolution
    • Respond to development teams on businessrelated questions
    • Produce and maintain user guides
    • Promote integration with the bank’s various processes

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Experience in Project Management (local projects impacting the Front Office)
  • Knowledge of the Wealth Management business
  • Proficiency in IT applications and tools
  • Fluency in English
  • Attention to detail and rigor
  • Commitment and perseverance
  • Interpersonal skills and ease of communication
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage stress
