• Leads and provides direction to subordinate teams by fostering collaborative culture and contributes to strategy definition/execution in order to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• On a daily basis oversees and maintains a high standard of client service to meet clients' expectations.
• Ensures execution of the risk framework to mitigate operational risk in the subordinate area.
• Creates, develops, and maintains business relationships, identifying and implementing service, system, and process enhancements in order to ensure client satisfaction.
• Leverages own technical expertise and manages escalations by exhibiting hands on-operational involvement to solve operationally complex cases.
• Adapts subordinate area in order to increase efficiency, client satisfaction and support business growth.
• Manages and brings technical expertise to Private Capital Operations in Poland, acts as Private Capital SME for the in-scope businesses.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience on managerial path in a financial institution (Private Capital/Alternatives domain knowledge/experience desired).
• At least 3 years of management experience in an Operations environment.
• Fluent in English and French languages.
• MA degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Law/Business Management, preferably CFA and ACCA/CIMA or experience in a similar role/audit practice.
• Extensive practical experience of Alternative Fund Structures (Private Equity, Debt, Infrastructure, Real Estate etc.) desired.
• Understanding of FATCA/Tax regulations in Private Capital.
• A thorough knowledge of a key industry platform for Private Capital (eFront and/or Investran) and how to utilize the platform to optimize processes and deliver client requirements in a risk managed way desired.
• Client focused, works well with others, communicates clearly and precisely, with the ability to impact and inspire others.
• Creates a stable, trustworthy, and positive environment, supports, and encourages others when problems arise.
