About the job

  • Handle all tasks related to billing to ensure operational delivery; Participate in the improvement of the quality of service delivered by the Department to the affiliated Sites; Participate in the mitigation of the operational risk

 

Your Main Activities Are

  • Input and verification of fees and interest conditions instructed by stakeholders
  • Ensure efficient management of client related service requests
  • Investigate fees calculated incorrectly / interest conditions and ensure proper communication with the impacted departments
  • Cooperate with team for any operational aspects which require further investigations or additional expertise
  • Perform User acceptance tests in case of changes or enhancements for tools used by the Billing Team
  • Mitigate the operational risk to improve Department efficiency
  • Ensure and control the correct activity during the day in order to guarantee the Department operational delivery
  • Validate if all billing and/or interests are executed in order to guarantee the Department operational delivery

 

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Bachelor's (3-5 years) in Economics, Finance and Accounting
  • Ability to collaborate/Teamwork
  • Communication skills - oral & written
  • Critical thinking
  • Analytical Ability
