Manage the build, both technology and client on boarding, of the APAC PT business to meet the business growth and revenue KPIs
In time design the regional strategy, outside of HK, to add resiliency and scale in order to capture a larger share of the large event days, namely MSCI and FTSE rebalances.
Be the key APAC contract person with the Global PT partners in the US and EU in order to optimize opportunities and to minimize execution risk.
Responsibilities
• Attain a top 5 PT rank across focus PT client accounts by 2025.
• Manage the regional team, currently 1 report, to build resiliency and scale.
• Build client relationships in other geographies, including US and EU.
