At BNP Paribas Personal Finance we want to integrate an student on an internship (scholarship) basis to support an international development team that belongs to South Europe Technologies (S.ET Iberia) – the International Shared Services Center for IT, Data, Operations, and Cybersecurity.

Within an international project, the selected candidate will join a high‑performance team focused around three main pillars: Communications, IT project follow-up & Client Relations. 

After an onboarding period with the technical lead and the rest of the team, the main responsibilities of the role will be:

• Collaborate with the design and review communication materials, ensuring they reflect the company’s commitment.
• Prepares presentations, develops content, and organizes regular client meetings. 
• Monitors and communicates KPIs related to the projects, ensuring visibility for the clients and the internal team of SET Iberia. 
• Participates in and supports the Delivery team in preparing proposals and materials for events, presentations, and client committees. 
• Collects customer feedback, analyzes results, and develops proposals related to communication objectives. 
• Defines and maintains client dashboards that include all relevant information on progress in communication. 
• Prepares and facilitates Client Committees and organizes client visits, serving as the main point of contact for SET in front of the client. 

Requirements for the position

- Degree in Administration and International Relations.

- Prior experience in a company is valued.

Languages

- English (minimum B2) / French (optional).
