About the job

  • The User Experience (UX) Designer is responsible for designing and providing the best user experience in a website/ mobile app, define personas and user journeys. To conduct user research on Clients’ needs and behaviours and translate feedback insights into design recommendations to help improve the digital experience to our clients through our complete product and services offering
      

Your Main Activities Are

  • Plan, test and implement new designs and optimize existing ones both on paper and using software applications
  • Propose and create wireframes, visual mock ups and low-fidelity prototypes incorporating in the design client feedback, usability findings and usage metrics
  • Plan and conduct ongoing user research, remote and on-site, through client interviews, surveys and usability testing to collect insights on users’ needs, motivations and attitudes
  • Work closely with different stakeholders to identify research topics and define new usage campaigns
  • Document, analyse and present research findings, in a clear and compelling way, and use those to propose high-impact and actionable insights to improve product’s design and help shape product strategy
  • Present ideas, new designs, research findings and others to a wide range of audiences including senior stakeholders, clients, internal partners and project team members in a way that facilitates meaningful feedback and fosters collaboration
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
  • Understand and design customer journeys, create personas
  • Conduct competitive analysis
  • Measure (track and report) qualitative feedback
     

Profile and Skills to Success

  • Master’s degree in Architecture, Fine Arts and Design 
  • From 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Information Technology or Project Management and Consulting
  • Fluent (C1) level of English
  • Client focused
  • Ability to manage a project
  • Marketing - UX and customer journey approach 
  • Digital knowledge and Innovation - Disruptive Innovation 
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Design Thinking
