We are the Infinity Finance HUB, the regional EMEA platform that centralises accounting, reporting, control and transformation services for BNP Paribas. With 500 colleagues ( > 325 in Madrid) we support more than 250 entities, covering 60 % of the Group’s balance sheet and all banking activities. Our purpose is to measure, control and explain every financial indicator that drives the business.
RESPONSABILITIES
As a member of the Head Office Reporting P&L team, you will ensure the flawless submission of Group P&L statements, guarantee data quality, and own the analytical process that underpins all reporting requirements. You will act as the single point of contact for P&L reporting, driving accuracy and insight for the business.
- Ensure the reconciliation between financial and management accounting figures, following Group and CIB Finance standards.
- Promote data quality and streamline expense reporting, consolidating manual entries and driving remediation plans.
- Build and maintain a KPI dashboard, delivering transparent performance metrics to regional stakeholders.
- Design and implement automated reporting solutions, reducing manual effort and increasing analytical speed.
- Support local finance teams and business heads with expense analysis and KPI explanations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Studies
Accounting, Business or equivalent.
- Experience
Finance or management accounting experience, preferably in financial services.
- Languages
Mandatory English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
SKILLS
- Business Skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Solid understanding of IFRS and French GAAP.
